Ingredients:
Eggplant: 1 kg
Vinegar: as needed
Carrots: 5 pcs
Cabbage: In the desired amount
Garlic: 10 cloves
Hot green pepper: 6 pcs
Black seed: as needed
Salt: As needed
Pickle spice: as needed
Water: as needed
Preparation method:
First, boil the eggplants in water and a glass of vinegar for 5 minutes. Chop the cabbage. Peel the carrots and garlic. Wash the peppers and all other ingredients then let them to dry thoroughly. Make sure that all ingredients are completely dry. If they are wet, they will cause mold and will damage to your pickles.
